2. Information We Do NOT Collect

We do NOT collect, log, or store:

Your browsing history or activity
DNS queries
Traffic content or destination websites
Your original IP address after connection
Bandwidth usage per session
Connection logs beyond basic timestamps

3. How We Use Your Information

Service Provision: To create and manage your account, authenticate your devices, and provide VPN connectivity
Communication: To send password reset emails and important service updates
Security: To prevent abuse and enforce connection limits

4. Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored on servers located in:

Helsinki, Finland (Primary)
Virginia, USA
Singapore

All data is encrypted in transit using TLS and at rest using AES-256. Our servers use the DialectForge protocol itself for inter-server communication, making even our infrastructure traffic invisible.

5. Data Retention

Account data is retained while your account is active
Connection timestamps are retained for 30 days
Upon account deletion, all data is permanently removed within 7 days

6. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services:

RevenueCat: For subscription management (they receive your anonymous user ID)
Stripe: For payment processing (they handle payment info directly; we never see your card details)
Brevo: For transactional emails (password resets)

7. Your Rights

You have the right to:

Delete your account and all associated data

Revoke device access at any time

DialectForge is not intended for users under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
